A licensed Oregon attorney (Oregon State Bar #035196) with a J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law and a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from Wake Forest University, Tamara oversees contract review, negotiation, and risk management for the company. Based in Bend, Oregon, she plays a central role in ensuring that CID's projects are structured, documented, and executed in a way that protects both the firm and its clients.
